If you have relinquished a child via Safe Haven in Wisconsin and are looking for information on that child, you can call the WDHFS: Maternal and Child Hotline 1-800-722-2295.

If you are facing a medical emergency and need immediate assistance, please dial 911. An EMT will be able to assist you and get you and your baby to the nearest hospital. If you are considering Safe Haven, please notify the EMT upon arrival.

If you are interested in foster care/adoption of a child you can contact Children’s Service Society of Wisconsin for more information. Please note that you cannot be licensed specifically for a Safe Haven infant.
